The Asphalt plant of Golden Energy is located in the village of Tarjan, southwest of Erbil, near the LANAZ refinery and the Erbil Steel Plant in the area at the intersection of Latitude E 43 57 35 and Longitude N 36 81 233 The area is 374 meters above sea level, 3a, 3b, 3th.
Golden Energy uses electricity from the National Electricity Network and its own generator and uses its own well water source. The location map of Golden Energy is divided into two main departments, parts of the industrial area and the administrative area, everywhere the safety of the employees has been taken into account. In front of the management area, there is a truck parking area with a rest room for tanker drivers, as well as an administrative building that includes a group of Separate offices from company managers and supervisors, accounting staff offices, company site control and safety offices, which meet safety, health and environmental conditions in the site. The management area also includes the medical office, refinery technical supervisor, laboratory, advanced firefighting unit, restaurant, worker rest room and mosque.

Golden Bitumen owns a drum manufacturing plant with capacity of minimum of 45,000 to maximum 60,000 Drums per month is always in conformity to National Standards and ISO Standards.

Base oil is produced by Golden Refinery by refining the crude oil in high standard qualities to provide all five groups of based oil to our valuable customers in bulk amount and quantities. However Different products require different compositions and properties in the oil One of the most important factors is the liquid’s viscosity at various temperatures. Whether or not a crude oil is suitable to be made into a base oil is determined by the concentration of base oil molecules as well as how easily these can be extracted.
Golden Energy light products storage consist of (58) Storage tanks each with a capacity of (100,000) liters which equals to (5,800,000) liters of light refined products.
Golden Energy have built (11) ground pet storages since 2020 follows as below
1st and 2nd Ground storage pets’ capacity (5,000 Metric Ton)
3rd and 4th Ground storage pets’ capacity (9,000 Metric Ton)
5th and 6th Ground storage pets’ capacity (13,000 Metric Ton)
7th and 8th Ground storage pets’ capacity (9,000 Metric Ton)
9th and 10th and 11th Ground storage pets’ capacity (75,000 Metric Ton)
Our Jumbo bag production line capacity can raise up to 5,000 quantity and Jumbo bags consists of an inner lining with a weight ratio of 800gm for 1 MT of bitumen. The inner lining is a consumable inner lining. The recyclable carrier bag is the only left residue after the bitumen has been consumed.
Golden Refinery Heavy fuel oil is a residual fuel incurred during the distillation of crude oil. It is used to generate motion and/or heat that have a particularly high viscosity and density. Heavy fuel oil is mainly used as a marine fuel.
Golden Refinery also provide Naphtha in huge quantity for nationally and internationally customers. Our product is a flammable liquid made from distilling petroleum. it is used to dilute heavy oil to help move it through pipelines, to make high-octane gas, to make lighter fluid, and even to clean metal.
Bitumen is produced by Golden Bitumen Refinery that fully satisfy the limit values specified in the test methods of conventional bitumen’s. Furthermore, they increase the durableness of the roofing and water proofing felts made from them and guarantee appropriate resistance against aging.
